House Rules and Policies

• Management is not liable for lost personal belongings. Please secure valuables in the provided in-room safe.
• Check-out is at 12:00 PM, and check-in is at 2:00 PM. Extensions are charged at Php250.00 per hour, with a maximum of two hours. Exceeding this limit will result in an automatic charge for one full night's stay. Please request late check-out 24 hours in advance, subject to room availability.
• Always close and lock your door when leaving your room unattended.
• Report any damage or broken fixtures immediately to the Front Desk for prompt repairs.
• Housekeeping will inspect the room before check-out. Missing items will be charged to the guest's account. Please allow 10 minutes for the check-out process.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Please do not attach items to walls, floors, or ceilings. Any damages will be charged accordingly.
• Keep noise to a minimum in public areas, especially after midnight.
• Dispose of trash in the designated containers.
• Only bottled mineral water is available at the hotel.
• Rooms left in an inhabitable state, such as those with lingering odors, excessive mess, or vandalism, will result in charges for a full night's stay and/or the cost of replacements.
